When you want to position yourself as a niche leader, you need to tap into email marketing as a strategy that can set you apart from competitors. Having a list of subscribers means you not only need to cater to their needs, but be consistent with your messaging in terms of frequency.

You can’t expect to disappear for weeks because you’ve hit some writer’s block and can’t think of anything new to send to your list. Email marketing is too competitive for you to be sidelined by a lack of ideas.

Consumers are very selective about who they allow into their inbox, so you also can’t expect them to stay on your list if your communications are the same boring messages each week.
